What if I need more credits mid-month?

Buy a top-up block anytime. Purchased credits sit separately from your monthly allocation and are valid for a full year.

Do unused credits roll over?

Growth includes one month of rollover for up to 50% of unused credits. Enterprise includes two months for up to 100% of unused credits.

Which plan is right for me?

If you’re a solo marketer, start with Creator. For a team of two or more, Pro gives you shared assets and more credits. Business is for larger teams that need unlimited seats and more room to create.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

Can I try before I pay?

Yes. The Free plan gives you 200 credits with no time limit, so you can create real assets before committing. Join the waitlist to request access.

Can my team use it?

Creator includes one seat. Pro includes five seats and a shared asset library. Business includes unlimited creator seats. Your team shares one credit pool.

Is the annual plan worth it?

Annual billing gives you a lower monthly rate, paid once a year. Switch between Monthly and Annual above to compare the prices for your plan and credit allowance. Monthly billing gives you more flexibility.

Is my brand data safe?

Your brand assets, content and DNA are private to your workspace. BuddyHQ does not use your content to train models or share it across accounts.

What happens to the content I create?

Everything lives in your asset library, and you own it fully. Export anytime in JPG, PNG or PDF. All paid plans include watermark-free exports.
